Fashion Designer - Intern (People with Disability only)

● Design and develop seasonal menswear knitwear collections aligned with the brand's creative vision and commercial goals. Translate trend research and global insights into innovative yet wearable knitwear pieces.

● Create detailed flat sketches, tech packs, and CADs using Adobe Illustrator.

● Research and source appropriate knit fabrics and trims with an eye for quality, innovation, and performance.

● Collaborate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless product development.

● Analyze and interpret competitor brands and premium menswear assortments for inspiration and benchmarking.

● Participate in fittings and give technical input on garment construction, fit, and finishing.

● Monitor global and local fashion trends, runway shows, streetwear, and cultural shifts to keep collections relevant and forward-thinking.

● Maintain design archives and ensure all development stages are documented properly.

● Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field

● Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and comfortable with digital design workflows.

● Solid understanding of fabric and knitwear

● In-depth knowledge of premium and designer menswear brands, collections, and retail landscapes.

● Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail, proportion, and color.

● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to innovation and improvement.

Internship duration: 6 months

Stipend: 40k - 50k
