FFI- Community Building Intern

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing strategies to grow the Creative Careers Hub community across platforms (website, Facebook group, newsletter, online and offline activations etc.)
  

• Engage actively with community members by responding to queries, moderating discussions, and encouraging participation
  

• Support content creation for social media and newsletters focused on community spotlights, testimonials, or member updates
  

• Help plan and organise virtual events, Q&A sessions, or live chats with industry professionals in the run up to CultureCon 2025
  

• Collect and analyse community feedback to suggest improvements for engagement
  

• Research best practices in community building and suggest fresh, creative ideas
  

• Maintain and update databases of members, applicants, and resource partners
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or related fields
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; knowledge of other Indian languages a bonus)
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook Groups and Instagram)
  
• Interest in arts, culture, and creative careers in India
  
• A proactive, people-first mindset with strong organisational skills
