Own and lead the monthly and quarterly close process for AI Hive, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with both Indian and US GAAP standards. Champion strong internal controls and uphold Shield AI’s accounting policies across key financial areas, including revenue, payables, payroll and benefits, intercompany transactions, and consolidations. This role plays a critical part in delivering clear, timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Execute monthly/quarterly closing procedures
- Perform entry and analytical evaluation of balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Enforce a strong internal controls environment
- Support business integration activities
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of necessary procedures
Required qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Indian and US GAAP
- Total experience of 1-4 years, preferably with a mix of public and industry experience
- BS/BA degree in accounting
Preferred qualifications:
- CA with public accounting experience
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar systems
