Food Technology - Intern

We are
seeking a highly motivated and creative Food Technology Intern to join
our New Product Development (NPD) team. This is an excellent opportunity
for a recent graduate to gain hands -on experience in the entire product
development lifecycle, from ideation to pilot -scale production. You will work
directly with our senior food technologists, contributing to exciting new
projects in the rapidly growing health and wellness sector.​

• Assist in Formulation: Actively participate in laboratory -scale
  trials and experiments for new product formulations, including ingredient
  weighing, mixing, and processing.
  
• Sensory Analysis: Assist in organizing and
  conducting sensory evaluation sessions for new prototypes and collating
  feedback for product improvement.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and
  detailed records of all experiments, formulations, observations, and
  results in lab notebooks and digital systems.
  
• Quality & Shelf -Life: Support the team with
  shelf -life studies, basic quality checks, and ensuring compliance with
  food safety standards (FSSAI).
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (B.Sc)
  in Food Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, or a closely
  related field is required. Recent graduates (2025 pass -outs) are strongly
  encouraged to apply.
  
• Core Knowledge: Strong theoretical
  understanding of food chemistry, food processing, nutrition, and food
  microbiology.
  
• Passion: A genuine passion for food
  innovation, especially in the health and wellness space.
  
• Attitude: Eagerness to learn, take
  initiative, and work in a fast -paced R&D environment.
  
• Skills:
  
• Excellent attention to
  detail and strong organizational skills.
  
• Good communication and
  interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  
• Proficiency in using MS
  Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
