Pubscale - Monetization, user acquisition, revenue uplift, and business-growth analysis in a single place.
Immersive Ads - Native, non-intrusive ad formats. Smart caching, priority loading, and adaptive refresh deliver better UX and higher monetization without annoying popups.
Offerwall - A reward-based engagement layer that monetizes non-paying users through personalized, high-conversion tasks driving eCPMs up to $1000 in Tier 1 geos and up to 3X more revenue in emerging markets.
AdX & GROW - Monetization via Google Ad Manager and premium demand partners, plus an AI-driven UA engine (GROW) with free credits and optimization support.
What you’ll do
Build the React dashboards publishers and internal teams use: ad unit management, monitoring, reporting, and operational workflows.
Turn product direction into finished UI: layout, components, and loading, empty, and error states.
Own how those screens feel: component structure, state, responsive layout, accessibility, and performance on data-heavy pages.
Connect those screens to existing APIs (ad networks, mediation, reporting) and shape the data on the client.
Ship a feature from the React screen through the Go service and the MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB data behind it, working with senior engineers.
Debug UI issues and make the product faster and more reliable for the people using it.
What we’re looking for
Strong React: components, hooks, and state.
Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
Comfortable building tables, filters, charts, and dashboards.
Able to read an API and wire it into the UI.
Working knowledge of Go for the services behind those screens.
Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Care about how a screen looks and behaves.
A builder’s mindset in a fast-moving environment.
✨ Bonus points
Design systems or component libraries.
Dashboard or charting work.
ClickHouse or BigQuery.
Freelance projects or startup experience.
Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
