Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role Overview: 

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will begin your career by learning to build and optimize scalable and secure systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and support. This role offers hands-on experience in developing backend and frontend components, understanding cybersecurity principles, and contributing to building robust SaaS solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand InstaSafe’s cybersecurity products, architecture, and features.
  




• Assist with coding, debugging, and testing software components.
  




• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to enhance products.
  




• Participate in network and security solution setup and troubleshooting.
  




• Provide technical support and documentation for product usage and issues.
  




• Stay updated on cybersecurity and cloud technology trends.
  




• Follow Agile processes and contribute actively in team sprints.
  

Technical Skills:

• Basic programming and debugging skills (preferably in languages relevant to SaaS/cybersecurity).
  




• Fundamental understanding of networking, security principles, and cloud technologies.
  




• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  




• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
