Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role Overview 

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Full Stack Developer), you will contribute to the end-to-end development of scalable, high-quality digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver robust solutions aligned with evolving business needs and modern engineering practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support 

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions 

• Build and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and best practices 

• Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and web applications 

• Continuously upgrade technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies and trends 

• Contribute to innovation initiatives by building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and experimenting with new tools or frameworks 

Technical Skills Required 

• Strong hands-on experience with:  

• .NET Framework / .NET Core 

• Web Applications & Web APIs 

• Angular / TypeScript 

• AI Tools 

• Database expertise:  

• MS SQL Server 

• Cosmos DB 

Good to Have 

• Knowledge of Microservices architecture 

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ) 

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure 

Core Competencies 

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills 

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns 

• Familiarity with modern architecture practices such as Microservices and Test-Driven Development (TDD) 

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions 

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across global teams 

 
Educational Qualification 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
