Graduate Engineer Trainee (Helpdesk)

Overview

Chi Networks, a
Chicago -headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking
dynamic and results -driven enthusiastic and skilled Graduate Engineer
Trainees to join our growing team in New Delhi.  This is a full -time position for recent
graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their
careers in a dynamic IT environment.  As
a GET, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands -on
experience in various domains such as managed services, cloud computing, and
network/security operations.  You will be
supporting Indian and US clients.

Key
Responsibilities

●        Learn and assist with implementation/
maintenance of IT infra for clients

●        Support the team in delivering managed
services, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

●        Contribute to our cloud offerings by
helping with deployment, configuration, and management of cloud resources (e.g. AWS, Azure)

●        Gain exposure to Security Operations
Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC) functions, assisting with
incident response and monitoring

●        Collaborate with senior engineers on
various projects and tasks

●        Participate in training and development
programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge

●        Adhere to company best practices and
client service level agreements (SLAs)
