1. Business
   Development
   
• Generate
  new business through dealers, retailers, and direct customers.
  
• Identify
  potential markets and develop new sales opportunities.
  
• Achieve
  monthly sales and revenue targets.
  
2. Dealer
   and Retailer Management
   
• Visit
  furniture dealers and retailers to promote Godrej Interio products.
  
• Identify
  prospective channel partners and support their onboarding.
  
• Maintain
  relationships with existing dealers and retailers to generate repeat
  orders.
  
3. Direct
   Customer Acquisition
   
• Generate
  leads from residential societies, corporate offices, commercial
  establishments, and new housing projects.
  
• Meet
  homeowners, office administrators, architects, and interior designers.
  
• Understand
  customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
