Graphic Design Intern

You will collaborate with the marketing team to create daily visual content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This is a hands-on position where you will learn rapidly, deliver work every day, and observe how your designs directly influence actual growth metrics.

If you possess keen visual judgment, an understanding of what resonates on social media, and the ability to swiftly transform a brief into a finished asset, you will be an excellent fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create static visuals for Instagram and Facebook, including carousels, stories, reels covers, and post graphics, as well as YouTube thumbnails.
• Design assets for the website and app, such as banners, in-app graphics, promotional materials, and creatives tailored to specific campaigns.
• Assist in developing and maintaining social media templates and reusable asset libraries to ensure consistent and efficient output.
• Produce creatives quickly to meet tight deadlines for time-sensitive campaigns and capitalize on trending content.
• Refine and adjust designs based on performance metrics, engagement, and conversion data to guide future creations.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating social media design experience, including Instagram carousels, ad creatives, story templates, reels covers, or similar work. Personal projects and freelance assignments are also considered.
• Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with social media formats, platform-specific dimensions, and designing primarily for mobile consumption.
• Ability to understand briefs, work independently, and deliver high-quality work without frequent supervision.
• Comfortable working within fast-paced feedback cycles and making rapid design iterations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for D2C brands or within the health and wellness sector.
