Requirements
• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, reels, stories, and ads across platforms (Instagram, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, banners and website. Assist in developing brand -consistent creative guidelines and templates.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful designs.
• Research design trends, competitors’ creatives, and new styles for digital storytelling.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and optimise for different platforms.
Pre -requisites
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar tools (Figma, Canva).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to create designs optimised for digital and social platforms.
• Motion graphics / video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
