About the Role: We're seeking highly motivated interns to support our Referral Channel team in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across key areas of growth marketing, contributing to campaign success and learning from our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Creation & Execution: Assist in designing and executing referral campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
2. A/B Experimentation & Analysis: Support A/B testing initiatives, analyze results, and provide insights to inform future experiments.
3. Content Development: Contribute to creating compelling copy and creatives for referral campaigns, aligning with brand messaging.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate on optimization strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Interest or prior experience in growth marketing/growth hacking
- Curiosity for solving consumer app problems and improving user engagement
- Basic understanding of data analysis and deriving insights (a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
