We need a supporting pillar for Aertsen’s charioteer, our HR; offering a professional journey that begins with a 6 -month internship, progressing into the role of HR Executive with a brand that crafts numerous dreams

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support end -to -end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Prepare offer letters, regret letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and payroll -related data, including attendance, leaves, and bank details.
Assist with onboarding and communicate HR policies to new employees.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and campus recruitment drives.
Assist with day -to -day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Professional Qualifications:

A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
An experience in the corporate world earns you an extra point.
Experience with Microsoft Office and resume databases.
