Job Description - HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the human resources field and develop skills in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.

  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

  • Help with HR compliance and policy updates.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
