Your Role:
Work closely with senior recruiters to source and screen top IT talent
Handle job requirements, application tracking, and interview coordination
Understand Tech Stacks, Job descriptions, and Client Expectations
Support Non-IT role hiring also.
Keep recruitment trackers, databases, and reports up-to-date.
Learn and grow in a fast-paced tech recruitment environment.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ months experience in recruitment, preferably with IT roles
Familiarity with tech profiles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a hunger to learn.
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / IT or related field (preferred).
