VECROS Technologies is a drone company building AI -driven autonomous drones for warehouses, construction, and defense. We are a fast -moving deep -tech startup working on the frontiers of robotics, autonomy, and real -time automation.
As we scale our teams and accelerate operations, we’re looking for an HR Intern who is energetic, sharp, and eager to learn the full stack of HR in a high -growth startup environment.
- Assist in sourcing candidates across engineering, operations, and business roles.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain job postings and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding, documentation, induction scheduling, and employee record management.
- Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination tasks.
- Help ensure compliance and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Help implement communication processes and feedback loops.
- Support internal announcements, HR notices, and culture -building initiatives.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain documentation, agreements, and compliance records.
- Help create HR reports, dashboards, and weekly updates.
- Work closely with the founders and HR Manager to understand hiring priorities.
- Assist with research, bench marking, and operational tasks needed for scaling teams.
- A male candidate pursuing or recently completed graduation (MBA/HR preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High ownership mindset—you get things done without constant follow -up.
- Detail -oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast -paced startup with multiple responsibilities.
- Interest in tech or robotics is a plus (not required).
- First -hand exposure to real startup HR—hiring, people operations, culture -building, and administration.
- Mentorship from the Founders and direct interactions with founders.
