Job Description - HR Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and make an impact by supporting our Human Resources team across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world, end-to-end HR processes and the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where learning and growth happen every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including resume sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for employee onboarding, asset allocation, and asset return processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and day-to-day HR queries under guidance.
  • Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Interest in Tech & Innovation: Passion for technology, AI, robotics, or construction tech is a plus.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to balance multiple open roles and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on diverse challenges.
