We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle globally. This role goes beyond traditional HR support—you will actively contribute to real business outcomes, work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to global HR practices, systems, and analytics.
Requirements
What you’ll do…
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on process improvements and strategic HR initiatives, gaining exposure to real-time decision-making and leadership interactions
Support HR operations and administration, including leave and attendance tracking, holiday calendar management, and monthly reimbursement processing
Drive a smooth onboarding experience by ensuring all pre-joining formalities are completed and supporting new joiners through their Day 1 journey
Operate and manage the HRMS (PeopleForce) platform, ensuring accurate employee data management and timely execution of HR processes
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as birthday communications, recognition programs (Kudos/Spotlight), and other culture-building activities
Assist in performance management processes by managing employee objectives (OKRs), tracking progress, and supporting timely updates within the system
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations by owning the ATS, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience
Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards, providing actionable insights to leadership on hiring, performance, and overall HR effectiveness
Who Should Apply…
Masters/Bachelor’s Degree – HR (Final year students / Recent graduates)
