Location: Noida (Sector 142)
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship offers practical experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

• Coordinate with candidates and employees for document collection and HR-related queries.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.

• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of employee information.

• Provide administrative support for HR projects and other People & Culture initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn HR processes.

• Available to work from the Noida (Sector 142) office.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.

• Familiarity with the employee lifecycle and HR processes.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.

• Interest in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
