About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities

  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  
  


• 
  

  Post job openings on various hiring platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  
  


• 
  

  Support HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

  
  

Eligibility

• 
  

  Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
