About Credit Saison India

Established in 2019, CS India is one of the country’s fastest growing Non-Bank Financial Company (NBFC) lenders, with verticals in wholesale, direct lending and tech-enabled partnerships with Non-Bank Financial Companies (NBFCs) and fintechs. What You'll Do:
1. Assist in HR processes such as employee data management, BGV , Onboarding and documentation
2. Help streamline HR operations and improve process efficiencies
3. Contribute to HR projects and reporting activities
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations

What We're Looking For:
1. Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Organized with keen attention to detail
4. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
5. Basic understanding of HR functions and MS Office tools
