Recruitment Support

Good communication (verbal + written) and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in -office, full -time in Bangalore
MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic to intermediate)
Candidate sourcing using job portals and LinkedIn
Interview coordination & candidate communication
HR documentation support
HRM tool - Zoho
Hands -on experience in full recruitment life cycle
Exposure to HR operations in a real business environment
