Internship Type: Commission -Based Only

Internship Overview

Closing Gap works closely with businesses across India and the UK, supporting talent acquisition, outsourcing, and workforce operations.

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern – Talent & Partner Operations to support real recruitment execution, partner coordination, and HR operations. This role provides hands -on exposure to sourcing, outreach, partnerships, and onboarding — not theoretical or academic HR work.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals

  • Conduct initial screening and outreach calls

  • Manage candidate communications via email and follow -ups

  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and trackers

Headhunting & Partner Support

  • Assist in identifying and engaging recruitment partners

  • Support outreach to staffing agencies and talent vendors

  • Coordinate introductory calls and follow -ups

  • Maintain partner databases and communication records

Onboarding & HR Coordination

  • Support onboarding documentation and basic HR processes

  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, and internal calendars

  • Work closely with the internal HR team on execution tasks

  • Assist with compliance, documentation, and process tracking

Who This Internship Is For

  • Students or graduates interested in recruitment, HR operations, or talent management

  • Individuals comfortable with calls, follow -ups, and coordination

  • Candidates who enjoy structured execution and people -facing work

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking academic -only HR exposure.

Skills & Capabilities

Must Have

  • Clear communication and professional phone etiquette

  • Strong coordination and follow -up skills

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders

Good to Have

  • Exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or staffing

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or job portals

  • Basic knowledge of onboarding or HR documentation
