Job Responsibilities:

  • End to End Recruitment and Business Development
  • Understanding the Technicalities of the Requirement & Analyzing the Clients Requirements & Needs.
  • Full life-cycle recruiting process included sourcing, recruiting, evaluations of candidates, negotiating terms and rates, preparation submission documents, coordinating the interview process, and closing candidates
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Follow up with candidates


Job Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Build strong relationships
  • Self-confidence and self-starter

This requires work from office in Vadodara
