HR Operations Intern - Vertoz

Vertoz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding, and HR data management.

What you will do:
•HR Operations: Support daily HR activities including onboarding coordination, document collection, and record maintenance.
•Research Support: Conduct research on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool mapping.
•ATS Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data, job postings, and recruitment status.
•Process Management: Ensure smooth workflows between HR operations and the recruitment team.
•Data Reporting: Prepare and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the TA team to support end-to-end recruitment activities.
