Responsibilities
: - Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and system access setup.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee files, including updating personnel data, tracking performance evaluations, and processing status changes.
- Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, such as organizing and scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and compiling reports.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
