KEY SKILLS

1. Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, etc
2. Sourcing the right profiles from the Job Portals by performing appropriate search. Sourcing suitable candidates within timelines against each open position.
3. Using various sourcing channels for identifying relevant candidates like - job portals, social media & referencing.
4. Should be responsible for handling admin activities such as daily attendance management, documents maintenance
5. Taking care of all the basic HR Activities.
6. Compensation & benefits negotiations and administration. 
7. Strict decision maker.
