About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainees who are eager to gain practical experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, candidate sourcing, HR operations, and onboarding. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition processes and supports core HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms using effective candidate sourcing techniques.


• Screen resumes based on job descriptions and role requirements to ensure quality recruitment outcomes.


• Conduct initial recruitment screening calls to assess candidate fit and qualifications.


• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and candidates.


• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases for efficient HR operations.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure positive candidate experience.


• Support onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation coordination, and pre-boarding tasks.


• Assist with other HR operations and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.


• Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi for effective candidate engagement and recruitment outreach.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for HR operations and data management.


• Good interpersonal and organizational skills to support smooth onboarding and recruitment workflows.


• Willingness to learn and contribute to HR processes in a professional, collaborative environment.
