We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands -on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and corporate HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end -to -end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and documentation process
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Work on HR reports and data management
Help in drafting HR communications and emails
Requirements
Requirements:
Any Graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Need a fluent English communicator.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
