Job Purpose
As an Imaging Operations Apprentice under the NATS program, you will undergo structured on-the-job training for 12 months. You will work closely with experienced imaging operations professionals and mentors to support real-world clinical imaging projects. You will gain foundational exposure to imaging data workflows, site coordination, shipping and receiving study materials, query management, quality control processes, and documentation practices within the Imaging Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training modules and on-the-job learning assignments.
Work under the guidance of assigned mentors/supervisors.
Demonstrate learning agility, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, data teams, and site stakeholders.
Processes and analyses imaging data to identify biomarkers, detect abnormalities, and quantify features to support research and interpretation.
Assist in managing image queries and discrepancies.
Support validation and tracking of imaging data, database updates and routine data management activities.
Support communication with investigator sites.
Assist in shipment tracking and coordination of study-related materials.
Assist in compiling portfolio, program, and project management reports, while maintaining accurate documentation such as logs, reports, and trackers.
Support quality checks, compliance, and audit preparation activities.
Assist in driving process improvement and innovation initiatives within Imaging Operations.
Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Other
Carries out any other reasonable duties as requested.

Education and Certifications
Graduates in Life Sciences, Medical Imaging Technology, Radiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related disciplines eligible under NATS.
Graduated within the last five years.
Not worked for any other organization/company before.
Basic understanding of clinical research or healthcare operations preferred.
Exposure to MS Excel or data tools is an advantage.
English: Fluent
