Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit evaluations of companies through detailed industry and sector analysis, financial statement assessment, and interactions with company management.
- Participate in rating committee discussions and ensure accurate maintenance and updating of internal databases.
- Perform peer group benchmarking and SWOT analysis across various industries and sectors.
- Support ongoing projects by contributing to research, analysis, and preparation of client presentations.
- Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, compliance requirements, and project timelines to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks within projects and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that deliver value to clients.
Key Requirements:
- CA Inter or MBA in Finance.
- Strong awareness of current affairs and a good understanding of the economic and business landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Good understanding of financial statements, business models, and industry dynamics.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present ideas effectively in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a culture of trust, open communication, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
