Description
As an intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment processes and helping us identify and attract top talent. You'll work closely with our team to source candidates, manage the onboarding process, and assist with pre-offer and onboarding documentation. This is a great chance to learn about the recruitment lifecycle and contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and market references.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in reviewing and shortlisting resumes.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for suitable candidates.
Help with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
Assist in creating and maintaining an organized candidate database.
Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks, such as offer letter preparation.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement recruitment strategies.
Research and suggest improvements for our recruitment processes.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

Qualifications

Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Interest in learning about talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
Basic knowledge of HR practices is preferred but not mandatory.
