Job Title: Trainee – Technical/GenAI

Organization Name: NEC Corporation of India Ltd.

Reporting Relationship: Project Manager

Requirements:

Trainee will support the product and sales engineering teams in executing technical projects. This involves assisting in the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), maintaining rigorous technical documentation, and performing initial testing of features across various tech stacks including .NET, Java, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help build and deploy "Proof of Concepts" to demonstrate product feasibility to stakeholders.


2. Create and maintain technical manuals, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams.


3. Assist in building "Proof of Concepts" using AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and OpenAI/Anthropic/Open-Source APIs.


4. Design, test, and refine prompts to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI model outputs.


5. Technical storytelling—converting complex logic into easy-to-understand PowerPoint slides for stakeholders.


6. Work across different languages (C#, Java, Python) to troubleshoot basic code issues and environmental setups.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT/Electronics, Engineering or related field or MCA


2. Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and basic knowledge of software development processes


3. Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, Python, C#, etc.)


4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
