Intern Architect

• Work closely with team to
  communicate project needs
  
• Assists with all phases of design
  for concepts through construction document preparation
  
• Revises drawings and renderings
  
• Conducts research for the project
  team
  
• Produces graphic presentations
  and builds study models
  
• Performs calculations and basic
  analytical tasks
  
• Organizes files, materials and
  displays
  
• Keep up to date with design trends and software advancement
  
• Perform field work (evaluation of existing sites) as directed by seniors.

Requirements

• Senior or graduate status, pursuing a degree in Architecture.
  
• Specific desire to obtain experience with eye for details in projects.
  
• High level proficiency with AutoCAD & 3D Software like Sketchup, Vray/Lumion/Enscape, photoshop etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Strong organizational, creative and visualization skills.
