POSITION AVAILABLE: Intern – call support (outbound calls) on Contractual basis for the Market Research Company

Position Requirements:

• Calling target customers & explain Mystery Audit details.


• Good Convincing Power and Effective Communicator.


• Queries Handling and Ability to sustain a conversation.


• Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.


• Carrying on intelligent conversation with the customer for information dissemination/meeting as appropriate.


• Would be responsible to schedule site visits of the potential customers.


• Creating and maintaining reports for analysis.


• Making appropriate records of dialogue for call status.


• Increase database through new registrations.

Key Role and Responsibilities Includes:

• Co-ordination with evaluators of different regions through call/email


• Train evaluators and educate them on Surveys, Guidelines, Qualifying Questions and confirming through dialogue and communication.


• Recruit evaluators using various online platforms daily as per task checklist


• Weekly updates as per task checklist to Reporting Manager with suggestions and recommendations


• Serve as a single point of contact for assigned country/region and provide customer service to evaluators with questions, concerns, or technical problems.


• Discuss location and other project-specific issues to relevant Reporting Manager.

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Education- HSC / Graduate, Freshers can also apply.

Competency Skills:

• Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)


• Getting things done with results


• To deliver the required standards


• Ability to prioritize and multitask & meet deadlines


• Strong customer service mind-set and ability to foster good client relationships

Reports to: 
Location: Mumbai – onsite role.
Industry: Market Research / Advertising / KPO/ BPO
CTC offered: Min 10k to 12k pm.
