Job Description - Intern - CEO's Office

About the
role

This isn't a passive, observation -only internship. You'll be embedded
at the center of business and operations, acting as a key analytical support to
the CEO. You'll gather, structure, and surface information that directly shapes
how the company moves — and you'll be expected to take ownership of making
things happen, not just report on them.

 

What you'll
do

  • Work directly with the CEO to track strategic
    priorities, business metrics, and operational initiatives
  • Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple
    sources — internal tools, spreadsheets, surveys, and operational feeds
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give
    leadership a real -time pulse on key metrics
  • Prepare crisp, well -structured briefs, summaries,
    and decks for CEO -level reviews and meetings
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in
    data and present findings with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support operations by tracking workflows, flagging
    bottlenecks, and driving process improvements
  • Coordinate across teams on behalf of the CEO's
    office — follow up on deliverables and keep initiatives on track
  • Own small projects end -to -end — from scoping and
    data collection to analysis and presenting results

 

Must -haves

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
    (pivot tables, formulas, basic modelling)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you
    can distill complexity into clarity
  • Comfort in the room with senior leaders — you're
    confident, not intimidated
  • High ownership mindset — you follow through without
    being chased
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
    in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
