Role Description

The Intern ESG role is an on -site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support ESG research and analysis, including reviewing sustainability reports, climate disclosures, and policy documents to identify key ESG trends and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include assisting in data collection and validation for ESG indicators, preparing draft presentations and internal reports, and helping with documentation related to audits, certifications, and client engagements. The intern will collaborate with cross -functional teams to contribute to ESG frameworks, benchmarking exercises, and proposals, while maintaining accurate records and supporting project coordination. This role offers hands -on exposure to global sustainability practices and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in climate and ESG services.

Mandatory Qualifications

BTech in Environmental Engineering

Proficient in MS Excel

Requirements

• Strong research and analytical abilities, including data gathering, interpretation, and basic quantitative analysis related to ESG and sustainability.
  
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear summaries, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• General understanding or coursework in ESG, sustainability, climate change, environmental science, economics, or related disciplines.
  
• Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or statistical tools is an advantage).
  
• Ability to work accurately, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines within a structured, on -site team environment.
  
• Demonstrated professionalism, ethical mindset, and openness to learning in a multicultural, mission -driven organization.
