Intern - International Business

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain data across Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance functions, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.


• Process, verify, and maintain documentation and paperwork with a high level of accuracy and within defined timelines.


• Coordinate with distributors to collect required business data, documents, and compliance-related information.


• Follow up with distributors to ensure timely completion of pending marketing, sales, legal, and financial submissions.


• Serve as the primary coordination point for distributor-related projects by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring timely closure of deliverables.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to streamline communication and ensure smooth project execution.


• Monitor project timelines, maintain trackers, and proactively follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.


• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support the team with data analysis and project updates as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.


• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Effective verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups effectively.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
