Job Description - Intern - IT Administration

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our IT team as an IT Intern. The role involves supporting daily IT operations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining network systems, and assisting employees with technical requirements. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the IT infrastructure and support domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Support user account setup, password management, and access control.
Maintain IT assets inventory and update records.
Assist with system backups, updates, and basic security practices.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
