Intern - Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for 3 energetic and content-hungry Marketing Interns to join us for HYROX Mumbai. This is primarily a remote internship for a week, with 4 days on-ground in Mumbai from 17th to 20th September. You'll be our eyes, ears and content hungry brain on the ground, capturing the energy, chaos, people and performances that make race day what it is.

What You'll Do

• Create content around the event and assist videographers in covering races, athletes, behind the-scenes moments and everything in between.
• Spot moments, shoot them and get them live - stories, quick updates, BTS, athlete moments, crowd energy and race-day chaos.
• Coordinate with athletes and the on-ground team on race timings, merch deliveries, meet-ups, content requirements and other event-day logistics.
• Interact with HYROX athletes, Noise athletes, creators and the wider fitness community, and communicate what Noise is all about.
• Think on your feet - spot and capture unplanned moments as races move fast and plans change.
• Edit quick, social-first content on the go when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Candidates based in Mumbai.
• Genuinely into fitness, HYROX or the performance community.
• Familiar with the HYROX format, stations and ecosystem.
• Extroverted, energetic and comfortable talking to new people.
• Own a good quality camera phone and know how to get good footage with it.
• Basic video editing skills and an understanding of what works on Instagram.
• Quick thinker and problem solver with a sharp eye for content and detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
