Role Overview
We’re looking for energetic and outgoing On-Ground Activation Interns to represent CashKaro and EarnKaro during corporate and field activation drives. This is a hands-on marketing and business development internship where you’ll directly engage with potential users, explain our app’s benefits, and drive installations and sign-ups on the spot.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to kickstart their career in sales, marketing, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent CashKaro and EarnKaro at corporate events, offices, and campus activations.
- Engage with potential users and confidently pitch the app’s benefits.
- Assist users in downloading and registering on the app.
- Track and report performance metrics from each activation drive.
- Collect feedback and share insights from on-ground interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing and partnerships team to improve activation strategies.
Must Have Skills
- Strong Understanding of LinkedIn as a Marketing Platform
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Able to strike conversations easily and communicate clearly. - Sales & Persuasion Skills
Understands how to highlight benefits and handle objections smartly.
