About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, AI-curious Junior Product Intern to join our fast-paced Product & Data team. If you're someone who loves building internal tools, automating workflows, working with APIs, and experimenting with low-code platforms—this internship is for you.
You'll work closely with product managers, data analysts, and ops teams to streamline internal processes, prototype tools, and leverage platforms like Cursor.ai, Lovable, and Retool to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Research & Market Analysis – Conduct competitive research, analyze user data, and derive insights to refine features and user journeys.
- AI-Driven Experimentation – Leverage tools like Cursor.ai, Notion AI, or Lovable to prototype, test, or enhance workflows and internal product tools.
- Data Analysis & Decision Making – Use SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or internal dashboards to track KPIs and recommend improvements.
- User Experience & Feature Development – Collaborate with UI/UX and Engineering teams to enhance app/web experiences.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation – Help set up experiments to optimize engagement, conversions, or feature adoption.
- Project & Stakeholder Coordination – Support sprint planning, track timelines, and work with cross-functional teams to ship updates.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain user stories, product specs, release notes, and insights from ongoing experiments.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset
- Strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex issues.
- Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SQL or data platforms like Mixpanel, GA.
User-Centric Thinking
- Eagerness to identify user needs via feedback, interviews, and data.
- Understanding of UX principles and interest in user behavior.
Communication & Collaboration
- Comfort presenting product insights and working with cross-functional teams.
AI/Automation Interest (Bonus)
- Passion for exploring tools like Cursor.ai, Make, Retool, or ChatGPT.
- Interest in using low-code/AI tools to build prototypes or automate ops tasks.
Adaptability & Initiative
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn by doing.
