Acquisition Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition intern who is
passionate about recruitment and talent management to join our Talent acquisition
Group. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and
recruiters to attract, assess, and onboard top talent for IT and BPO roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist
  in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media,
  employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Screen
  resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Conduct
  initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
  
• Coordinate
  and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Post
  and manage job openings across various recruitment platforms.
  
• Maintain
  candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Follow
  up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive
  candidate experience.
  
• Support
  offer rollouts, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities.
  
• Build
  and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Assist
  in campus recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives, and
  recruitment events.
  
• Prepare
  recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
  
• Perform
  other recruitment and HR-related activities as assigned.
  

Education & Qualifications

• MBA
  in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (Freshers are
  welcome to apply).
  
• Strong
  verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good
  interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency
  in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  
• Ability
  to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
  
• Eagerness
  to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
