We’re Hiring: International Recruiter

Immediate Joiner | IndieTalent (2COMS Group)

Location - Hyderabad

MBA Freshers Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk recruitment for international requirements

• Manage end -to -end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & onboarding

• Stay updated on global labor markets, visa processes & migration policies

• Maintain accurate candidate and employer data using CRM tools

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless hiring outcomes

Requirements

Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and candidate sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with global candidates and employers
Ability to multitask and work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment
Strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities
