Job Summary:

We are looking for curious, analytical, and data driven Product Interns who are excited to learn how products are built end-to-end. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to support product discovery, execution, and continuous improvement. 

This internship offers hands-on exposure to real product problems, user research, data analysis, and feature execution. 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and data
• Curious, street-smart, and resourceful
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Bias for ownership—takes responsibility end to end
• Interest in product management, AI, and fintech
• Prior exposure to analytics tools or customer research is a plus (not mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  Translate problem statements into clear, structured requirements with scope, edge cases, and success metrics.
• Market Research & Customer Intelligence
  Conduct qualitative (customer interviews, discovery calls) and quantitative research to uncover real pain points and opportunities.
• Metrics & Data Analysis
  Analyze product metrics, identify patterns, draw conclusions, and recommend actions—not just dashboards.
• Customer Interviews
  Run, and synthesize customer conversations to inform product decisions.
• Execution with AI Tools
  Use AI tools to move faster—research, analysis, documentation, experimentation. Speed with clarity matters.
• Domain Learning
  Build strong domain understanding in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation and compliance workflows. You’ll be expected to learn fast.
