IT Operations Intern

The company is looking for an ambitious and proactive IT Interns to work in its IT and Operations department. The intern should value growth opportunities and have a drive to achieve the targets and goals.    

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing organization’s system and infrastructure
• Diagnosing IT system problem, inefficiency & weaknesses and improve them
• Implementing technological solutions to meet business objectives
• Analyzing and implementing IT security infrastructure
• Conducting training for non-IT staff to use new IT system (s)
• Preparing reports on efficacy of technology in use
• Providing strategy advise on using technology to achieve goals
• Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house staff
• Ensuring the optimal performance of company’s overall IT operations
• Interacting with internal and external clients to identify current processes and practices improvements
• Managing system credentials and security
• Help in plan, design and implement new IT operational processes
• Report to and assist manager & authority with updates as per business requirements
• Provide IT support for events conducted by Cloud Counselage
• Data Analysis to support the development of new processes and systems

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn about IT systems
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player with good presentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
• Understands project management
• M365 stack knowledge
• Understands ITIL practices
• Familiar with various operating system and databases
• Can understand IT logs for audit

Eligibility Criteria:

• Engineering Graduates/ Post-graduates in Computers (or) IT
• Any relevant diploma in IT
