IT Recruiter Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern who is interested in building a career in IT Recruitment. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience are welcome.

The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.


• Screen resumes according to job requirements.


• Conduct initial candidate screening calls.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews.


• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.


• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT candidates.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.


• Assist with daily/weekly recruitment reports.


• Support onboarding and recruitment activities.

Required Skills

• 0–6 months of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.


• Freshers with a strong interest in IT Recruitment can apply.


• Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.


• Strong willingness to learn and grow.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, BCA/ MCA or a related field.


• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
