About the Opportunity:  

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Engineer – Trainee to join our team as an IT Support Engineer - Trainee. You will play a crucial part in providing excellent technical support to our customers and internal teams. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, and understand ISP, Smart Phones, Laptops, Monitors, and CPUs. If you are a quick learner, adaptable to change, and eager to kick-start your career in IT support, we encourage you to apply.

Your Day-to-Day at Sagent:  

• Work as a part of IT service desk with good Computer knowledge. 

• Basic knowledge in Troubleshooting Windows devices. 

• Demonstrating problem solving capabilities. 

• Work and follow up on the ticket in a timely manner. 

• Knowledge on E-mail, Ms Office Application, Browsers. 

• Ensure stable and well performing system environment. 

• Apply professional competencies to administrate and optimize the assigned system environment.  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:   

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree in any domain willing to work in IT Support domain.(BE / BTech in IT/CS /EC) 

• Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift (on-site) 

• Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT support field. 

• Focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 

• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
