Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our team and assist with day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in IT support and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  
• Troubleshooting different kinds of issues.
  
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates.
  
• Support user account setup, access management, and basic system configuration.
  
• Maintain records of IT assets, devices, and support requests.
  
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving network and connectivity issues.
  
• Coordinate with the IT team for escalated technical issues.
  
• Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and functional.
  
• Assist with onboarding and off boarding activities from an IT support perspective.
  
• Follow company IT policies, security guidelines, and procedures.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/B.E./BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
  
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with Windows OS and common productivity tools.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
