ITI Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance activities on CNC machines as per maintenance schedules.
  
• Assist in routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and servicing of CNC equipment.
  
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to senior maintenance personnel.
  
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and machine service records.
  
• Ensure proper functioning of machine components and safety systems.
  
• Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and basic repairs.
  
• Follow maintenance SOPs and safety guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities.
